We offer delivery across the UK and Ireland.
Shipping is free for all full and half pallet orders.
Single Bag Items:
Single bag items must be part of a pallet order to qualify for free delivery.
If you're ordering only single bag items without a pallet order, a delivery charge of £60 will apply.
Additional Delivery Costs:
If your order exceeds the capacity of the designated pallet(s) by a small margin, you may be contacted to arrange an additional delivery cost.
Terms & Conditions of Sale:
Delivery Instructions: Please ensure that delivery locations meet the minimum access requirements specified.
Minimum Access Requirement: Your site must accommodate a minimum 32-foot length rigid body truck with suitable surface material (tarmac or concrete) if a tail lift is required.
Driver Assistance:
Our drivers can only move the pallet within an area if it is tarmac or concrete and generally cannot assist with opening the pallet.
Unattended Delivery: If no one is available to accept the delivery, our driver will leave the pallet on your property in an area deemed suitable.
Returns: A minimum charge of £25.00 will be applied if a product is returned with the driver.
Special Requirements: Please contact us before placing your order if you have any special delivery requirements.
Agreement: Completion of your order signifies agreement to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Product Collection: All purchases of Solid Fuel from Save Oils LTD are sold 'collected' from our yard. By providing your address and delivery details, you acknowledge that the Solid Fuel is for your own private use, and you are utilizing the services of the courier.
Courier Services: The contract for delivery is between you, the customer, and the courier. Save Oils LTD provides courier services on your behalf without any financial interest or profit from the courier transaction.
